What you're agreeing to

By using Farlist (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. Farlist is operated by its creator ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Farlist.
• One person, one account. No shared accounts.

What you can do

Farlist is designed for personal use — keeping a living list of your long-arc goals and a small public profile. Use it for that.

What you can't do

• Use Farlist for spam, harassment, illegal content, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access other users' private items or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the service.
• Claim a handle that impersonates someone else or infringes a trademark.

Free and paid plans

Farlist is free during V1 — the list, the lifecycle, the public profile, all flows. A Pro tier is planned but the contents and price are deliberately undecided until we see how V1 users actually use the product. The list itself, the public profile, and per-item privacy will always be free.

Your data

• Your data belongs to you. We don't sell it, mine it, or use it to train AI models.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.
• If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. Farlist is a small operation; we'll do our best to communicate planned downtime and recover quickly from anything unplanned.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Liability

Farlist is provided "as is". We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If something feels broken, email us — we want to fix it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
